1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information.
• One profile per person. Duplicate or fake profiles will be removed and the user banned.

2. Acceptable use

• No harassment, abuse, hate speech, or stalking.
• No solicitation, scams, or prostitution.
• No sharing personal information of other users without their consent.
• No automated scraping or AI-driven cross-matching across our user base.

3. Photo & identity verification

• Photos are AI-moderated before becoming public.
• Identity verification is optional but unlocks the “Verified” badge and increases match score.
• Identity documents are hashed and the originals deleted within 24 hours.

4. Liability

LagnPatrika facilitates introductions; outcomes (compatibility, marriage, family decisions) are your responsibility. We do not warrant any user’s representations.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via /settings; deletion is permanent.

6. Jurisdiction

Disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
